Weather:
Weather is the hour to hour, day to day, state of the atmosphere. It is what is currently happening in the atmosphere rather than what is expected to be happening.

Climate:
Climate is an average weather condition for a certain place and the average is of over 30 years or more. It is what is expected to be happening rather than the actual conditions.
