Underground resistance - Not much but some anti government leaflets were printed and churches were publicly against Hitler's plans.

Passive resistance common in the public. Some people refused to give the Nazi salute and others refused to join the party. Some people were executed for this.

Private grumbling - very common - jokes against the Nazis were common and complaining to friends.
